Abstract:
A sulfonated asphalt granulating apparatus for a drilling fluid, comprising a granulation box (1) having an opening formed at a top end, wherein material boxes (2) are fixedly mounted at the two sides of the granulation box (1); a mounting frame (3) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the granulation box (1); a cylinder (15) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the mounting frame (3); the end portion of the piston rod of the cylinder (15) is vertically and downwards fixedly connected to a material pushing plate (19); the piston rod of the cylinder (15) is fixedly connected to two movable plates (4) that are symmetrically distributed; screw rods (6) are fixedly mounted at the bottom ends of the movable plates (4); mounting plates (7) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the granulation box (1) close to the screw rods (6); sleeves (8) are rotatably mounted at the bottom ends of the mounting plates (7); rotating gear disks (9) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the sleeves (8); the screw rods (6) are slidably connected to the mounting plates (7) and the sleeves (8); the screw rods (6) are threadedly connected to the rotating gear disks (9); a granulation plate (18) is slidably mounted at the bottom end of the granulation box (1); driven gear blocks are uniformly mounted at the two sides of the granulation plate (18) close to the screw rods (6) along the length direction of the granulation plate; and the driven gear blocks are meshed with the rotating gear disks (9).
