Abstract:
A sulfuric acid concentration system. The sulfuric acid concentration system comprises a preheating system, a first-effect evaporation system, a second-effect evaporation system, a third-effect evaporation system, and a discharging system, wherein the preheating system is in communication with the first-effect evaporation system, the first-effect evaporation system is in communication with the second-effect evaporation system, the second-effect evaporation system is in communication with the third-effect evaporation system, and the third-effect evaporation system is in communication with the discharging system; and the sulfuric acid concentration system further comprises an evaporation condenser (15) and a water jet pump vacuum unit (17), wherein the evaporation condenser (15) is in communication with the third-effect evaporation system, the water jet pump vacuum unit (17) is in communication with the evaporation condenser (15), and the water jet pump vacuum unit (17) controls the concentration system to work in a vacuum state.
