Abstract:
Disclosed is a sun-cap including an elastic band to be rolled more than 360°. Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a band cover having a structure in that the extension of a fronface layer can be made to the higher height of the elastic band. Further, the present invention realates to a perspiration absorptable band for being possibly adherable to the sun-cap and structure thereof. The sun-cap according to the present invention includes an elastic band and/or an earplugs.

Claims
1. An elastic band includes : first band member to be rolling more than 180°; second band member to be rolling more than 180°; and a coupling member for coupling first and second band members to each other so that their coupled assembly may become rolled more than 360°.
2. An elastic band according to claim 1, wherein the coupling member consists of first and second coupling members, at which first coupling member is adhered to one end portion of first band member and second coupling member is adhered to one end portion of second band member, first and second coupling members corresponding to a complementary shape capable of being coupled to each other.
3. An elastic band according to claim 1, wherein the coupling member includes a region to be coupled to first band member and a region to be coupled to second band member, first and second band members being coupled to a respective corresponding region of the coupling member through a glue.
4. An elastic band according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein first and second band members includes a taper having a structure in that its thickness from the side of the coupling member to other end portion is gradually reduced.
5. An elastic band according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein further includes a flat part for dispersing an operation force on the side portion of user's head from a region which is both end portions of the elastic band coupled first and second band members to each other.
6. An elastic band according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein further includes a hole formed along the length of the elastic band or a plenty of holes at a region which is both end portions of the elastic band coupled first and second band members to each other, for reducing an local elasicity.
7. In a band cover having a plurality of stacked layer structures and an acceptance space of an elastic band between stacked layer structures, the band cover includes : a frontface layer ; a deformation absorbing layer ; a shape reinforcing fabric layer ; a reinforcement film for reinforcing the shape of the frontface layer ; and a rearface layer, whewein the respective height of the frontface layer, the shape reinforcing fabric layer, the reinforcement film, and the rearface layer is higher than that of the elastic band and the size shape reinforcing fabric layer and reinforcement film substantially is the same as that of the frontface layer.
8. The band cover according to claim 7, wherein the frontface layer, the deformation absorbing layer, the shape reinforcing fabric layer, the reinforcement film, and the rearface layer are stacked in order of their sequence.
9. In a band cover having a plurality of stacked layer structures and an acceptance space of an elastic band between stacked layer structures, the band cover includes : a frontface layer ; a rearface layer ; and an elastic linear materials for keeping a shape of a coupled assembly which is coupled the frontface layer and the rearface layer to each other, wherein the elastic linear materials is adhered according to the circumstances of the frontface layer and the rearface layer.
10. The band cover according to claim 9, wherein an acceptance space of an elastic band is formed between the frontface layer and the rearface layer, and a deformation absorbing layer is provided between the elastic band for being accepted within the acceptance space of the elastic bandand the frontface layer or the rearface layer.
11. A suncap includes : a perspiration absorptable band adherable part for being formed at a rearface layer of an elastic band ; and a perspiration absorptable band for being possibly adherable to the perspiration absorptable band adherable part, wherein the perspiration absorptable band includes an absorptable transmission layer, an absorptable body, and an adherable layer.
12. A suncap according to claim 11, wherein the absorptable transmission layer, the absorptable body, and the adherable layer are weldingly coupled according to their circumstances by an ultrasonic waves.
13. A suncap according to claim 11, wherein the adherable layer includes a fabric layer and an adherable means for being adhered to the adherable means.
14. A suncap according to claim 11 to claim 13, wherein a rearface layer is made of materials having an adherability on the perspiration absorptable band adherable part or the adherable means.
15. A suncap includes : an elastic band for respectively having at its both end portions an elastic band adherable part for being formed at the near of both end portions of an rearface layer, and a corresponding adherable part for being possibly adherable to the elastic band adherable part.
16. A suncap cable of causing an elastic band to be rolled includes : an adherable earplugs for consisting of an earplugs adherable part for being formed at the near of both end portions of an rearface layer, and a corresponding adherable part for being possibly adherable to the earplugs adherable part.

Description

SUN-CAP HAVING ELASTIC BAND

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a sun-cap, and more particularly to a sun-cap having an elastic band capable of rolling it more than 360°. Background Art

[2] For the puprpose of protecting any portion of a human physical body such as his eyes and his face from direct rays and ultraviolet rays, a sun-cap is used widely in a case of a various field activiaty. Recently, a sun-cap is enjoyed as an aesthetic feature emphasized fashion. In this description, a term used as a sun-cap is nothing but a definition only as a sun-cap and may be a concept including all sorts of diverse caps having an elastic band like a sun-cap.

[3] In Fig. 1 which represents a conventional sun-cap, the sun-cap consists of a visor 20 capable of blocking direct rays and ultraviolet rays, an elastic band 10 capable of maintaining a predermined position to keep a user's fixed head portion when used. The elastic band 10 includes an elastic band part for providing an elasticity requried to support, and a band cover for connecting the elastic band part to the visor 20, with surrounding the elastic band part.

[4] Fig. 2 shows a detailed structure of a conventional elastic band 10. The elastic band

10 includes a C charater typed elastic band piece 14 and a band cover part surrounding the elastic band piece 14, and the band cover part is in a structure having a frontface layer 11 and a rearface layer 12. Also, non woven fabrics 13 are selectly arranged between the frontface layer 11 and the rearface layer 12. As shown in Fig. 2, the band cover part has a space for receiving the elastic band piece 14 between the frontface layer 11 and the rearface layer 12. Coupling the band cover part to the elastic band piece 14 is achieved in sewing the circumsferences of the frontface layer 11 and the rearface layer 12. The coupling is to make a connection to the visor 20, resulting in forming a sun-cap in Fig. 1. The frontface layer 11 acts as a face which is exposed to the exterior and is made of materials with the cosideration into its charateristics such as an aesthetic characteristic and a durability. Generally, the frontface layer 11 has diverse fabric layers. The rearface layer 12 acts as a contaction with the skin when the sun-cap is weared and is able to select adaptable materials with the cosideration into an organism affinity, the feels, a perspiration absorptiveness, a durability, and so on. Futher, the rearface layer 12 consists of fabric layers and also towel materials having a good charateristic such as the feels and a perspiration absorptiveness. In a case that the frontface layer 11 consists of fabric layers, a selective nonwoven fabric 13, is specially

adhered to the frontface layer 11, for the purposing of protecting an exterior damage resulting from a tension deformation due to an elasticity of fabric materials with the cosideration into the elasticity of fabric materials.

[5] To block direct rays and ultraviolet rays, the visor 20 is generally made of predetermined materials, cosidering with an advertising and esthetic appreciation.

[6] For example, the band cover may be connected to the visor 20 by a sewing according to a its longitudinally directional side portion. The coupling method of the visor 20 and the band cover is not limited within the above coupling. In the position respectively corresponding to both side portions of a user's head when weared, an acceptance hole is formed in an assembly with the band cover and the elastic band . For example, the coupling of both end portions at the visor 20 via the acceptance hole using a fastener such as a rivet and so on is able to make the adjustment of an angle to up or down in the visor 20 such that the coupling may be a functional and esthetic characteristic.

[7] The elastic band 10 in Figs 1 and 2 is generally made of C charater typed elastically plastic materials and its radius is determined according to a support force requried to a necessary factor such as size of user's head and weight of the sun-cap.

[8] In the conventional sun-cap which utilized the C charater typed elastic band, it is to have shortages in a comparatively big volum and an inconvenience on charging or keeping at hand when un weared because the elastic band 10 is a C charater typed form.

[9] With keeping a recent trend to that the sun-cap is enjoyed as a fashion product in a practice use, the frontface layer 11 is allocated as an adherence space about fashion products such as various accessories, designed shapes, and so on due to the requirement of a beautiful design. Moreover, it is neccesary to make an extention in the frontface layer 11 to enhance a freedom degree of a design, but it is difficult to make the extention of the frontface layer 11 due to an instablity of a support structure in a case of extention at the frontface layer 11 in a conventional structure that simply makes the keeping of a shape of the elastic band 10 by memas of the non woven fabric 13 and the elastic band piece 14.

[10] Furthermore, the rearface layer 12 is generally made of towel materials having a good perspiration absorptivity, but towel materials is easy to be polluted and has a weak durability due to the surface structure for enhancing its absorptiveness. Namely, it is to have a need for a frequent washing due to pollution materials such as a perspiration and so on. The frequent washing gives rise to make a damage of the sun-cap. And, with the consideration into the anherence and/or separation of a diverse supplementary structure due to a gradually various design of the sun-cap the rearface layer 12 needs to use a rigidity materials more than an interanlface layer. However, the towel materials is specially weak in view of the surface durability due to the surface structure

for enhancing its absorptiveness.

[11] Accordingly, it has been required to improve the sun-cap having a new structure which can solve the above said problems. Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[12] Accordingly, the present invention is designed to solve the above problems of the prior art, and therefore it is an object of the present invention to provide a sun-cap having a new structure. Technical Solution

[13] In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention is to provide a first embodiment of an elastic band having a C charater typed elastic band, wherein the elastic band can be rolled more than 360° differntly from a conventional elastic band in a shape which some are opened.

[14] Beacause the elastic band becomes more rolled comparatively to the C charater typed elastic band when unweared by such structure, and then the sun-cap make its voulme to be reduced, it is simple to charge and keep and also it is simple to carry or bring it with being held only by one finger because the elastic band is taken in the form of a substantially perfect ring typed shape by being rolled more than 360°. Differnetly from the sun-cap having a conventional C charater typed elastic band, it is convenient to charge and administrate because it is possible to hook on hangers such as a nail, and a clothes hanger.

[15] The present invention is to provide a second embodiment of an elastic band having a C charater typed elastic band, wherein the elastic band includes a first band member to be rolled more than 180°, a second band member to be rolled more than 180°, and a coupling member to be coupled to first and second band members, the elastic band after a completion of the coupled being rolled more than 360°.

[16] According to such structure, it is possible to manufacture the elastic band to be rolled 360°, simultaneously with sloving a formation of the rolled due to a hardness of the elastic band materials. Because the elastic band get rolled more than 360, a sun-cap using such elastic band makes the assembly of the elastic band and the band cover to be formed in the form of the rolled more than 360°when unweared. Resultly, it id to improve a deposit due to the reduction of its volume when unweared, and it is easy to keep it. Further, by taking the form of the rolled of the elastic band more than 360° when unweared, it becomes more convenient to charge and keep it because of being stably kept even when it is to hook on fingers and a protuburance.

[17] The present invention is to provide a third embodiment of an elastic band capable of making a frontface to be extended, wherein the elastic band includes a frontface layer,

a sponge, a shape reinforcing fabric layer, a reinforcement film for reinforcing the shape of the frontface layer, and a rearface layer, whewein the respective height of the frontface layer, the shape reinforcing fabric layer, the reinforcement film, and the rearface layer is higher than that of the elastic band and the size shape reinforcing fabric layer and reinforcement film substantially is the same as that of the frontface layer.

[18] According to such structure, the formation of the frontface layer which is higher than the height of the elastic band and wider than the area of the elastic band can be made by reinforcing and keeping the shape of the frontface layer by means of a reinforcing fabric layer and a resin plate even in a case that height of the frontface layer is higher than that of the elastic band, and therefore it is to improve a freedom degree of a design.

[19] The present invention is to provide a four embodiment of an elastic band capable of making a frontface to be extended, wherein the elastic band includes a frontface layer and a rearface layer, and further includes the elastic linear materials which makes the coupled assembly of the frontface layer and the rearface layer to be kept in form of a shape because of being adhered according to the circumstances of the frontface layer and the rearface layer.

[20] According to such structure, like the third embodiment of the present invention, even in a case that the height of the frontface layer is higher than that of the elastic band, the formation of the frontface layer which is higher than the height of the elastic band and wider than the area of the elastic band can be made by keeping the shape of the frontface layer by means of the elastic linear materals, and therefore it is to improve a freedom degree of a design.

[21] Five embodiment of the present invention relates to a sun-cap having a perspiration absorptable band, wherein the sun-capof the present invention includes a perspiration absorptable band adherable part for being formed at a rearface layer of an elastic band, and a perspiration absorptable band for being possibly adherable to the perspiration absorptable band adherable part, the perspiration absorptable band including an absorptable transmission layer, an absorptable body, and an adherable layer.

[22] According to such structure, the perspiration absorptable band nothing of the rearface layer is contacted with user's forehead when the wearing of the sun-cap and a perspiration is made to become absorbed, and therfore it is to improve a freedom degree of a design because the rearface layer is made of materials having a strong pollution proof instead of materials having a strong perspiration absorptabilty. Moreover, it is possible to cleanly keep in a more simple method and also it is possible to take a long life time because the washing process includes only the perspiration absorptable band after the use of the sun-cap.

[23] Six embodiment of the present invention relates to a sun-cap having an adherable elastic band, wherein the sun-cap includes an elastic band for respectively having at its both end portions an elastic band adherable part for being formed at the near of both end portions of an rearface layer, and a corresponding adherable part for being possibly adherable to the elastic band adherable part. [24] According to such structure, it is possible to improve the wearing stability of the sun-cap because it is possible to more stablely support the sun-cap.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[39] The present invention will be described in detail referring to the drawings.

[40] FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a sun cap according to the present invention, which includes an elastic band capable of rolling more than 360°cosisting of an elastic band

100 to be weared into user' head and a visor 200 to be connected to the elastic band 100 for blocking light rays, and FIG. 5 shows the elastic band 150 having a winding part 155 and a flat part 155' capable of rotating more than 360° per 1 turns according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[41] Referring to FIG. 3, a sun-cap having an elastic band capable of rolling more than

360°which is more rolled comparated to C charater typed band when unweared. This is not only to reduce a voulme of the sun-cap but also to have a convenience in charging and keeping at hand. Also, the elastic band is substantially formed in a perpect shape of a circle by the rolling more than 360°. For example, the sun-cap is taken and holded by only one finger and then it is simple to carry it. Moreover, it is convenient to charge and keep the sun-cap because it is possible in charging to hook to hangers such as a nail and a clothes rack, differently from the sun-cap adapted to a conventional C charater typed band.

[42] As described above, the elastic band capable of rolling more than 360°gives rise to be transformed more in wearing comprative to the C charater typed elastic band. To keep back the destructon of the elastic band, therefore, it must be required to have more stronger hardness, compared to the C charater typed elastic band made of a plastic materials. When the elastic band has a more heavy thickness for reforcing such hardness, its appearance becomes bad and user feels inconvenience because the excessive supply of an elasticity is applied to both sides of user's head when weared. Further, in a case of reinforcing a hardness with keeping a thickness by using a more rigidity materials than an existing elastic band, it is to have shotage in ejaculating and also user feels inconvenience due to the excessive supply of an elasticity.

[43] Accordingly, it is to be desired that the elastic band of the present invention is a steel band as shown in Fig. 5. This steel band is coupled to a flexible visor and then flexible visor is to be made of an elastic steel materials enough for having an elasticity to cause the visor to make that it is possible to wind more than 360°turns. This elastic steel materials must have an elasticity and hardness such that it may overcome a hysteresis due to a winding turns and a repeative stress when weared. Specially, it is probable to use an elastic stainness steel materials, that is STS#301-EH.

[44] The acheivement of the forming in this elastic steel materials is carried out by rolling at the winding state of the elastic steel strip to about 720°by means of a roller and then by flatly stretching with bending both ends of the elastic steel strip to the reverse direction of the rolling.

[45] Empolying such manufacturing method, a flaten part 155' is formed at its both ends and is to function as magnifying a contact region with both sides of user's head and the elastic band so that the elastic supply of the elastic band when weared be dispersed into a more wider region to advance an wearing feels.

[46] In view of a manufacturing processes, a deformation, an wearing feels, and so on, it is probable to use an elastic stainness steel, but the elastic band may be amde of an elastic materials capable of making a like effect, specially a high elastic composition resin.

[47] Because such general composition resin is thin at thickness due to the lack of a hardness, an elasticity, and an ejaculation it is difficult to manufacture the rolled elastic band of more than 360°with enough hardness and elasticity. Even if a predetermined materials adopted for filling up the above conditions exists, it is ineconomic in view of materials cost.

[48] Accordingly, a second embodiment of the present invention is to provide an elastic band structure capable of manufacturing the rolled elastic band of more than 360°from materials having a hardness, an elasticity, and a weak ejaculation.

[49] FIG. 11 shows an elastic band according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The elastic band according to a second embodiment includes a first band member 1, a second band member 3, a first coupling member 5a adhered to one end portion of first band member 1, and a second coupling member 5b adhered to one end portion of second band member 2. First and second coupling members 5a and 5b have the respective corresponding coupling structures. The coupling of first and second coupling members 5a and 5b cause to have the couplig of first and second band members 1 and 2. Assembly of first and second band members 1 and 2 forms the rolled elastic band of more than 360°as shown in Fig. 11.

[50] It is possible to manufacture the elastic band of the present invention with a predetermined materials. Specially, it is desired for the elastic band used with a composition resin in the elastic band and its manufacturing method of the present invention. Specially as a good materials, it is desired to utilize a polycarbonate to provide both a relatively big hardness and an elasticity with keeping a thin thickness. Generally, a polycarbonate is able to have an enough elasticity and hardness with a thin thickness, but it is to have shortages in that the formed shape obtained from ejaculation in a previous step when heated at a sequential ejaculation step in a case of ejaculating the rolled elastic band of more than 360°is gotten away at a subsequent heating step, such that it is specially more profitable to apply to the present invention. The elastic band of the present invention is not limited within a polycarbonate or a composition resin as a materials, however, it is possible to apply even to a materials having a simular charateristic.

[51] FIG. 12 shows an appearance of a first band member and a first coupling member 5 formed at one end portion. As shown in Fig. 12, first band member was rolled to more than 180°and at one end portion of first band member 1 first coupling member 5a in form of a female tyed shape is fomred. first arm tyed coupling member 5a corresponds

to a complementary shape with a second coupling member 5b having a man typed shape formed at one end portion of a second band member shown in Fig. 13. To obstruct the concentration of a stress at the coupling of first and seconf coupling members 5a and 5b, first and second coupling members 5a and 5b must respectivelly have enough hardness. Therefore, its end side adhered to first coupling members 5a of first band member 1 may have few thick thickness. Further, other end portion of first and second band menbers 1 and 3 which is acted as an operation force to contacted with both end sides of user's head when weared may have a comparatively thin thickness, for the purpose of protecting from the excessive supply of an elasticity. As shown in Figs. 12 and 13, therefore, a taper is formed at first and second band members 1 and 3 in a manner that a thickness makes reduction from its one end portion at which a coupling member is formed to other end portion. Such tapered structure is able to give a satisfaction to both a hardness and the protection of an excessive operation force.

[52] The alternative to such tapered structure is to provide a flaten portion of both end portions of the coupled elastic band, that is a portion to be contacted with an user's head, or to provide an infinitesimal curvature to be consistant with the form of a head sideface portion, for the purpose of magnifying the area of the contacted region with an user's head. The elasticity operation on such alternative stucture exhibit dispersion on a wide area rather than a concentration on one region, resulting in solving user's inconvenience.

[53] The further alternative is to form a long hole according to a transverse direction of the elastic band at both end portions of the coupled elastic band, or a plenty of holes over a predetermined region, resulting in that it is possible to improve user's wearing feels by making a local aggravation in the elasticity of the elasiticity band.

[54] FIG. 14 shows an elastic band according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The elastic band according to a third embodiment is different in the structure of the coupling portion from the elastic band according to a second embodiment. Namely, the elastic band according to a second embodiment consists of a first band member 1', a second band member 3', and a coupling member 5', and the coupling member 5' includes a region with which first band member 1' is contacted and a region with which second band member 3' is contacted. After a glue is covered on the coupling end portion of first and second band members 1' and 5', the glue is contacted with the corresponding region of the coupling member and then becomes hardening, resulting in making the coupling of first and second band members 1' and 5'.

[55] Third embodiment shown in Fig. 14 can be realized in the simplest structure and manner of ejaculation, and therefore it is economic in view of a manufacturing cost.

[56] Referring to Fig. 4, FIG. 4 shows an elastic band 100 of the sun cap. The elastic

band 100 of Fig. 4 shows an exemplification in the stucture of a band cover capable of extending a frontface layer 110. The band cover of the present invention a frontface layer 110, a deformation absorbing layer 130, a shape reinforcing fabric layer 140, a reinforcement film 170 for reinforcing the shape of frontface layer 110, and a rearface layer 120. The respective height of frontface layer 110, shape reinforcing fabric layer 140, reinforcement film 170, and rearface layer 120 is higher than that of the elastic band 100, and the size shape reinforcing fabric layer 140 and reinforcement film 170 substantially is the same as that of frontface layer 110.

[57] Exception to have a higher height than that of the the elastic band 150, frontface layer 110 substantially is the same as the frontface layer 11 shown in Fig. 1.

[58] Deformation absorbing layer 130 functions as an absorbing layer for absorbing the displacement of the elastic band , for the purpose of keep back frontface layer 110 from variation or injure by forwardly tilting in the up end portion of the elastic band which is lower at its height than that of frontface layer 110. And, it is desired to be made of a good materials having a deformation absorption and a restoration like a sponge. A space for accepting the elastic band between shape reinforcing fabric layer 140 and reinforcement film 170 is formed and made of a predetermined materials capable of assuring an easy insertion of the elastic band in the acceptance space with having an enough hardness for keeping an appearance of frontface layer 110. Specially, it is probable to have fabric layer cosisting of ten shots of a cotton yarn, and reinforcement film 170 is desirable to have a composition resin plate. Herein, one shot repesents a thickness of cotton fabrics and the cotton yarn having ten shots is same as the cotton yarn having a thickness obtained from the ejaculated yarn having a 10m length in view of a cotton having a Ig weight. That is said, the ejaculated yarn having a 20m length in view of a cotton having a Ig weight repesents twenty shots and also the ejaculated yarn having a 30m length in view of a cotton having a Ig weight repesents thirty shots. Therefore, the higher the number the thickness of the yarn the thinner. To obtain a necessary hardness for keeping a form of frontface layer 110 in the present invention, it is desirable to use about ten shots of the cotton yearn in thickness. Except for a function for keeping the shape of frontface layer 110, reinforcement film 170 acts as protecting user's wearing feels from lowering due to the projection from the side of rearface layer in the elastic band. [59] According to the structure of the elastic band 100 as the above described, even in a case that the height of frontface layer 110 is higher than that of the elastic band because shape reinforcing fabric layer and composition resin plate is reinforcing and keeping the shape of frontface layer, it is possible to stably form frontface layer which is higher than the height of the elastic band and is wider than the area of the elastic band , and therefore it is to improve the freedom degree of a design.

[60] Structure for keeping a form of frontface layer which is higher than the height of the elastic band may get accomplished by other stuctures except for shape reinforcing fabric layer 140 and reinforcement film 170. [63] The perspiration absorptable band 160 includes, for example, an absorptable transmission layer 163, an absorptable body 164, and an adherable layer 161. Selectively, the perspiration absorptable band 160 cooperates with the absorptable transmission layer 163 between the adherable layer 161 and the absorptable body 164 and then can stably support the absorptable body 164. Also, the perspiration absorptable band 160 can be additionally composed of a fabric layer 162 consisting of a towel materials. The adherable layer 161 may generally consist of a fabric layer, but the adherable layer 161 may be composed of a waterproof materials so that water absorbed from the absorptable body 164 like the sponge may protect the rearface layer 120 of the elastic band 100 from pollution. [64] The perspiration absorp table band 160 becomes directly contacted with a human body and when the end materials of the edge specially is unsuitable it is possible to cause to hamper user's wearing feels, or to give rise to generate a scratching, or to leave a mark. Accordingly, the perspiration absorptable band the sun-cap according to the present invention is coupled to the absorptable transmission layer 163, the absorptable body 164, and the fabric layer 162 by being ultrasonically welded, and a belcro tape which is the adherable layer 161 may be composed of a seawingly coupled structure. Such coupled structure is, however, one exemplary embodiment and may apply to a various coupling methhod such as a glue joining, an ultrasonic welding, a radio- waves welding.

[65] Such perspiration absorptable band may possibly be adherable to the adherable part, and therefore makes a restriction on a pollution of rearface layer 120 and it is possible to clearly keep the whole of the sun-cap by separating and washing only the perspiration absorptable band even in case of non- washing the whole of the sun-cap. Accordingly, comparated to a conventional structure in which washing must be inevitably carried out the possiblity of the damage about the sun-cap becomes reduced and an effect on which its life time exerts an extension may be obtained.

[66] Specially because of including the perspiration absorptable band, selection about materials of the rearface layer 120 of the elastic band 100 is free and is weak in view of durability. Also, materials of the rearface layer 120 is determined by having a strongger and bigger tolerance materials except for a towel material in which durability is weak and it is easy to be polluted.

[67] The rearface layer 120 comprises the corresponding adherable part to the adherable layer 161 of the perspiration absorptable band. Such adherable part may be a separately adherable part, but the rearface layer itself may have an adherability corresponding to the adherable layer 161. More concretely, the adherable layer 161 is a velcro tape and the rearface layer may be a fabric having an adherability on the velcro tape, for example, a Iy lex original materials.

[68] FIG. 9 shows the sun-cap having the elastic band to be possibly adhered. Referring to FIG. 9, it is to provide an elastic band 400 consisting of the adherable part, for example, a velcro tape 410 to be adhered and fixed by a backstitch part 430 at predetermined size at an elastic part 420 capable of expanding and contracting and respective one face of both end portions or an ultrasonic waves processing, to the adherable part in the interior end of the elastic band 100 of the sun-cap to be contacted with the rearface of user's header. The adherable part in the interior end of the elastic band 100 may be composed of a lylex original materials, a towel materials, or a coolmax original materials to be adherable on a velcro tape. The above said coolmax is the name of a notable trademark attached to a functional clothes materials developed

by DuPont SA in U.S., and is one sort of 100% polyestere fibers. The polyestere fibers has a function to be absorbable from perspirations of skin. The elastic band 400 is possibly adherable, and also functions as a stable supporter about the sun-cap by being temporary adhered in case of field acivity under a strong wind and an intense exercise.

[69] But a concrete structure of the sun-cap according to the present invention would be expained referring to the attached drawings, the concrete structure of the sun-cap may be divesely varied.

[70] For example, FIG. 7 shows the sun-cap to be adhered to an earplug. The earplug

300 as shown in Fig. 7 may be possibly adhered at a predetermined position of the elastic band 100 of the sun-cap. The earplug 300 is composed of a fabric having a wool and/or an original materials and a velcro tape. The earplug 300 is probably an original materials 310 at which its internal face to be contacted with the ears has a wool and its exteranl face is comprised of a fabric layer 320. And, its edges are coupled to a predetermined size by the backstitch 340, and the upper of the fabric layer 320 is adherably fixed to its internal face of the elastic band 100 of the sun-cap and a velcro tape 330 to be coupled in a method of adhering and separating by the backstitch 340.

[71] Such adherable assembly like the elastic band, earplug, perspiration absorp table band cosisits of a velcro tape as an adherable member, and the rearface layer 120 cosisits of materials having adherability on a velcro tape, for example, a lylex original materials. Accordingly, it is possible to easily adhere with such simple structure.

[72] The above description illustrates preferred embodiments of the present invention and just shows some examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be understood that those having ordinary skill in the art may make various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the invention defined in the appended claims by combination and selective addition of many functions possessed by the present invention. Industrial Applicability

[73] As understood from the above description, the present invention provides an elastic band for a sun-cap to be rolled more than 360°. By providing the elastic band for the rolled sun-cap more than 360°, the elastic band becomes rolled more than one turns when unweared and therefore resuling in reducing its volume at the sun-cap itself. Further, it is possible to wear any one who repesents from a child to an adult, even by one size without the adjustment of a special size or kinds of various sizes in the elastic band accoding to the circumstance size of user's head, because of taking a form of a substantial ring. Also, it is convenient to charge in case of hooking on a hanger, and even in hoding it is possible to go on foot with hanging to a produbarance out of user's keeping products and thus it is convenient to hold or keep.

[74] Meanwhile, for the purpose of forming the rolling elastic band more than 360°, the elastic band of the present invention consists of a first band member, a second band member, and a coupling part. By the division of the elastic band into first and second band members, it is sufficient to form the rolling elastic band more than 180°nothing of more than 360°. Therefore, it is possible to easily and encomically obtain a formation of a predetermined shape of the elastic band.

[75] Subsequently, it is to provide such assembly for protecting both sides of user'head from the excessive supply of an elasticity due to a big amount of deforamtion compared to a C charater typed elastic band when user weared the sun-cap having the rolled elastic band more than 360°. Such assembly inculdes a taper having a structure in that the thickness of the elastic band is gradually reduced toward both ends of the elastic band , hole formed at the contact portion on the head side portion of the elastic band, a flat portion for making a dispersion of the operation force over wider area. Simultaneously with providing a hardness to overcome a big amount of deforamtion, the reduction of the operation force acted on user's the head side can be made.

[76] Furthermore, the present invention is to provide a band cover structure capable of extending a wider frontface layer than the elastic band, using a reinforcing fabric layer and reinforcing film or an elastic linear materials. According to such structure, it is possible to extend in frontface layer, and it is to improve a freedom degree of a design using a wider frontface layer.

[77] Specially, the present invention is to provide a perspiration absorptable band for softly absorbing a perspiration, capable of charging in case of whashing and unuse by an easy separation, and therefore it is possible to solve shortage in remaining at the formation of an elastic band mark on user's forehead by being in harmony with the respective layer of the perspiration absorptable band using an ultrasonic waves welding or a radio waves welding.

[78] By providing with a stronger supporting force in case of a strong wind or an intensive excercise the sun-cap of the present invention can keep warming or protect the elastic band capable of assuring an user's a free activity or user's ears and also with an easy separation it is possible to adhere the earplugs capable of charging in case of washing or unuse and to make a various application of the sun-cap.

[79] Like the above, although the disclosure of the present invention were explained by the limited embodiments and drawings, the present invention is not limited herein and it ia possible to apply a various modificaton and correction within the technical scope of the present invention by a well-known fact to a person who has a skill in field of technoogy which belong to the present invention.
