Abstract:
A sun-tracking photovoltaic detector comprises a casing, the top of which having slits allowing sunlight to pass through, a first photodetector (101), a second photodetector (102) and a third photodetector (103). Each of the first and second photodetectors (101, 102) comprises two photoelectric detective elements (101a, 101b; 102a, 102b) having the same shape and formed on a photosensitive base, and the two photoelectric detective elements can respond to sunlight from the slit respectively and produce electric signal. An auxiliary detector (6) is disposed at the side of the casing, a third photodetector (103) is within the auxiliary detector (6), and the sunlight can be incident on the third photodetector (103) via the auxiliary detector (6).
