| Claims The sunglasses are characterized by masks (cover) Fig 1, Fig 2 and Fig 3 that fit together to the frame of the glasses Fig 4 using a protuberance on all the perimeter of the mask Fig 3 (1) Fig 2 (1,2,3,4) that deforms under pressure thanks to the elastic capacity of the different materials (plastic, wood, carbon fiber, metals) of which the masks are composed. A further engagement is provided by the protrusion of 1mm Fig 5 (1) of the logo on the surface of the barlines. The mask (cover) of the barlines is characterized by a hole Fig 5 (2) that follows the perimeter of the logo. At the time of the interlocking the protrusion of 1mm of the logo will match with the hole of the mask (cover) wich is also thick 1mm avoiding that it will slip away from the barlines frame. |
TECHNICAL FIELD: the invention "SUNGLASSES WITH MASKS (COVER) FIXED TROUGHT PRESSURE" as suggest the name is referred to the field of glasses and sunglasses.
BACKGROUND ART: the element alredy existing is the frame of the glasses. The application of a mask (cover) represent an element of innovation.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION: the invention novelty is the mask (cover) to apply at the frame of the sunglasses. This quality gives the possibility of changing the total look of the glasses in terms of colour, trim and shape. The mask (cover) also has the quality of protecting the frame from scratches and usury.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS: the sunglasses as presented on the drawings are composed by three parts: front and two barlines. The three parts are than assembled by screw. At each of the three parts can be applied a mask thick 1mm with different color, shape and / or material in the way to be able to change their looks . The frame does not have any hole or attachment to allow the application of masks (cover). The masks (cover) are self clinching to the main structure through a small protusion that follows all the shapes of the masks and at the moment of the application uses the elasticity of its materials to be able to fix the surface of the interested part. The material of the masks not only will be of plastic or metallic nature but even of a different kind (such as wood, leather, carbon fiber, etc.). Along the barlines the logo, which is in relief of 1 mm compared to the surface of the barlines, is used as a further attachment avoiding the mask to slide away. On the mask (cover) of the barline there is a hole with the same shape of the logo. The logo will fit in the hole.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION: the best way of realizing the invention is trought two molds: one for the frame and one for the masks (cover). The rough parts will be finished being polished and painted in different colors or, in case of the masks, even covered by leather, real wood, plastic film, cloth, carbon fiber, metallic film.
