Abstract:
A sunroof apparatus (1) comprises a roof panel (10), a panel body (41), and a base panel (20). The roof panel (10) is mounted so as to cover a roof opening (3a) of a vehicle. The panel body (41) opens and closes a panel opening (11) provided to the roof panel (10). The base panel (20) is mounted to the vehicle interior side of the panel opening (11), and extends along the periphery of the panel opening (11). The base panel (20) forms a groove (26) between the base panel and the panel body (41). The groove (26) has drain members (90, 100) attached thereto. The drain members (90, 100) have at least one connection channel (92, 102) that connects between the inside and the outside of the base panel (20). The connection channel (92, 102) is connected to a drainage channel (110) provided to a vehicle frame (2).
