Abstract:
Disclosed is a sunshade device provided with a sunshade; a stay to which one end of the sunshade is fixed; a winding shaft to which the other end of the sunshade is fixed; a first support member which supports one end of the winding shaft in such a way as to permit said end to make relative rotation and relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, and which is capable of being installed at a predetermined position in a vehicle; a second support member which supports the other end of the winding shaft in such a way as to permit said end to make relative rotation and relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, and which is capable of being installed at a predetermined position in a vehicle; and a force applying device capable of applying rotational force to the winding shaft in such a way as to permit the same to rotate with respect to the second support member. The winding shaft has a restricted section at said other end. A rotation restricting section and a rotation release section are formed adjacent to each other in the second support member, said rotation restricting section serving to restrict the movement of the restricted section, thereby making the winding shaft incapable of relative rotation, said rotation release section serving to release the movement of the restricted section, thereby making the winding shaft capable of relative rotation.
