Abstract:
A sunshade device that comprises: a tabular sunshade member that is formed from a light-modulating glass plate that can be made to change light transmittance; a display device that can transmit light and is arranged, such that a display part would be directed at an operator, on a surface of the sunshade member that faces the operator when the sunshade member is in use; an imaging device that generates imaging data by capturing images of the area faced by the surface on the reverse side of the abovementioned surface; a data processing circuit that, on the basis of the imaging data generated by the imaging device, generates display image data that is to be displayed on the display part when the sunshade member is in use; and a switch that switches the light transmittance of the light-modulating plate.
