Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a sunshade member that can lower cost through mass production while using metal materials with excellent durability, load bearing property, and fire resistance. [Solution] A two-part sunshade member 10 comprising a first rectangular section 12 and a second rectangular section 14 that are made from a metal plate. The sunshade member has a basic shape in which the first rectangular section 12 and the second rectangular section 14 are disposed so that the diagonal lines thereof are linearly arranged and the corners thereof are connected to each other. The first rectangular section 12 is divided into a first triangular region 24 and a second triangular region 25 and the second rectangular section 14 is divided into a third triangular region 26 and a fourth triangular region 27. The first rectangular section 12 and the second rectangular section 14 are divided into a convex face side and a concave face side by way of backward folds along folding lines 22, 23. A notch line 31 is formed in the center of each triangular region and a substantially trapezoidal through-hole 36 is formed by way of bending a bending face 33 encircled by the notch line 31 toward the concave face side.
