Abstract:
A super abrasive grain wire saw winding structure, comprising a super abrasive grain wire saw (10) formed in an averaged diameter of D and a reel (1). The super abrasive grain wire saw (10) further comprises a core (11), a binding material (12) surrounding the surface of the core (11), and a plurality of super abrasive grains (13) fixed to the surface of the core (11) by the binding material (12). The reel (1) further comprises an outer peripheral surface (2) having one end (3) and the other end (4). The super abrasive grain wire saw (10) delivered successively to a work is wound, in multiple layers, on the outer peripheral surface (2) of the reel while reciprocating between the one end (3) and the other end (4). A pitch P at which the super abrasive grain wire saw (10) is wound on the outer peripheral surface (2) between the one end (3) and the other end (4) meets the requirement of D < P < 2D. Thus, the super abrasive grain wire saw winding structure, a super abrasive grain wire saw cutting device, and a super abrasive grain wire saw winding method capable of reducing damage to the binding material and the missing of the super abrasive grains can be provided.
