Abstract:
Impurities are reduced at the oxide super-conducting layer or the interface between the oxide super-conducting layer and middle layer. A super-conducting wire (1) comprises a substrate (10); a middle layer (20) formed on the substrate (10); a reaction-controlling layer (28), which is formed on the middle layer (20) and comprises primarily polycrystalline SrLaFeO4+δ1 or CaLaFeO4+δ2, wherein δ1 and δ2 are the nonstoichiometric amount of oxygen; and an oxide superconducting layer (30), which is formed on the reaction-controlling layer (28) and comprises primarily oxide superconductor.
