Abstract:
A super large and a large rocket thrust chamber for human lunar exploration or Mars exploration. The thrust chamber may contain liquid oxygen/kerosene, liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen, hydrogen peroxide/NHMF or kerosene or liquid hydrogen, or be able to switch fuels. The thrust chamber has a regenerative cooling baffle (3) structure comprising 29 sectors, etc., which can effectively restrain high-frequency combustion instability; a porous conical shell (6) is used to rectify the introduced oxygen-enriched gas; a high intensity head portion having the porous conical shell (6), an outer conical shell (7), two or one force bearing connection member (9, 10) and a thick injector disc (12) improves working reliability; a liquid-gas impinging injector and a self-impinging/mutual-impinging injector are used, facilitating shock absorption, panel protection and combustion efficiency improvement; liquid hydrogen or hydrogen peroxide or water is used as a regenerative cooling agent for the regenerative cooling baffle (3), and as a cooling film liquid in the thrust chamber, achieving a good cooling effect, and the thrust chamber may become a three-component thrust chamber having an uncomplicated structure. The thrust chamber has a simple structure, greatly reduced number of parts, and significantly improved working conditions, lowering the technical difficulty, shortening the development period and reducing the development cost, and the thrust chamber can be repeatedly used, has good structural universality and can be used widely.
