Abstract:
Provided is a super-resolution processing method for increasing the resolution of a captured image, the method comprising: an irradiation step in which an object is irradiated with pattern illumination light having a spatial and temporal resolution higher than the captured image, such resolution being a spatial resolution and/or a temporal resolution; an image-capturing step in which an image of the object irradiated with the pattern illumination light is captured to generate a captured image; and an image processing step in which the generated captured image is used to generate a high-resolution image having a spatial and temporal resolution higher than that of the captured image.
