Provided is a super wear-resistant BOPP thin film which consists of, from top to bottom, an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer. The upper layer is formed by blending and extruding an ethylene-propylene-butadiene terpolymer or ethylene-propylene bipolymer heat-seal functional master batch, polydimethylsiloxane, a silicone macromolecular material, and an antiblocking agent. The middle layer is formed by blending and extruding homopolypropylene and an antistatic agent or by blending and extruding homopolypropylene, a petroleum resin and an antistatic agent. The lower layer is formed by blending and extruding an ethylene-propylene-butadiene terpolymer or ethylene-propylene bipolymer heat-seal functional master batch, polydimethylsiloxane, and an antiblocking agent. In the present invention, by adding an auxiliary agent having a highly symmetrical flexible molecular chain structure to the surface layer of a BOPP cigarette film, on the premise of ensuring low precipitation property thereof, the shear force when the surface of the cigarette film is rubbed is reduced, the lubrication effect is increased, the surface tension is reduced, a lower friction coefficient is achieved, the wear resistance of the thin film is improved, and the wear resistance performance is ≤ 0.2%.
