Abstract:
Provided is a wide angle lens which is configured from four lenses, has excellent performance as an imaging lens system for a solid-state imaging device, is low in cost, and is compact.
The wide angle lens is characterized in that the wide angle lens is configured from a first lens having negative power and consisting of a glass spherical surface, a second lens having positive power and having at least one aspherical surface, a third lens having positive power and having at least one aspherical surface, and a fourth lens having positive power and having at least one aspherical surface in order from the object side, and satisfies the following conditional expression.

Note:
f12: combined focal length of the first lens and the second lens
f34: combined focal length of the third lens and the fourth lens
