Abstract:
The present invention relates to a supercharger control device that estimates the rotational speed of a compressor with high precision. Said control device, which controls a supercharger (9) installed in the intake system of an internal combustion engine (10), is provided with the following: a flow-rate detection means (13) that detects the flow rate of air taken in by a compressor (9a) in the supercharger (9); a pressure-ratio computation means (4) that computes a boost ratio, namely the ratio of the outlet pressure of the compressor (9a) to the inlet pressure thereof; and an estimation means (5) that estimates the rotational speed of the compressor (9a) on the basis of the air flow rate detected by the flow-rate detection means (13) and the boost ratio computed by the pressure-ratio computation means (4).
