Abstract:
A supercharger provided with: a turbine housing which includes a hub-side scroll flow channel and a shroud-side scroll flow channel; and a turbine rotor which includes a leading edge for receiving operating fluid from the hub-side scroll flow channel and the shroud-side scroll flow channel. The leading edge of the turbine rotor includes a first portion for receiving the operating fluid flowing out of the hub-side scroll flow channel, and a second portion for receiving the operating fluid flowing out of the shroud-side scroll flow channel. The first portion is inclined in the opposite direction from a rotational direction of the turbine rotor with respect to a virtual plane including a rotation axis. The second portion is inclined in the direction of the rotational direction with respect to the virtual plane.
