Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a supercharging system capable of actively and easily controlling the number of rotations of a turbine generator. A supercharging system (1) is provided with: a compressor (2a) that is driven with an electric motor (2b) and feeds a fluid to an engine (4) by pressure; a turbine generator (6) that rotates with exhaust from the engine (4); and a driving device (7) that drives the electric motor (2b) with electricity generated by the turbine generator (6). The driving device (7) has a rectifying unit that rectifies the electricity generated by the turbine generator (6), a convertor unit that raises or lowers a voltage value of a DC voltage obtained by rectification by the rectifying unit and outputs the voltage value, an inverter unit that drives the electric motor (2b) using the DC voltage output from the convertor unit, and a control unit that controls the amount of change in the DC voltage in the convertor unit.
