Abstract:
A superconducting device which has an oxide superconducting wire material, wherein the oxide superconducting material in the oxide superconducting wire material has a sintered density of 93 % or more, preferably 95 % or more, more preferably 99 % or more. The superconducting device allows the inhibition of the occurrence of ballooning, even when its temperature is elevated without control.
