Title:
SUPERCONDUCTING DRIVER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/013965
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A superconducting driver circuit capable of producing an output voltage of several millivolts, using a DC power supply as a drive power supply, free of capacitance between ground planes, and having a small occupied area. The constituent elements of the superconducting driver circuit include two superconducting junctions and an inductor. The superconducting driver circuit is composed of superconducting flux quantum interference elements (SQUIDs) in which these element components form closed loops. The SQUIDs the number of which is three or more share the inductors and are connected in series.
