Abstract:
　The purpose of the present invention is to provide a permanent current switch having increased heating efficiency by simplifying the configuration and reducing the heat capacity of a permanent current switch. To achieve the above purpose, this superconductor magnet has a superconducting coil, a permanent current switch, and an AC power source, a pulse current source, or a charge/discharge circuit. The AC power source, pulse current source, or charge/discharge circuit is connected to a loop circuit comprising the superconducting coil and the permanent current switch so as to be parallel to the permanent current switch.
