Abstract:
Disclosed is a superconducting magnet provided with a structure that prevents a ring-shaped plate member, disposed between a superconducting coil and flanges on a bobbin, from lifting up. The disclosed superconducting magnet (1) is provided with: a bobbin (2) provided with a cylindrical body (11) and a pair of flanges (12) provided around the cylindrical body (11) with a prescribed gap therebetween; a superconducting coil (3) comprising a superconducting wire material wrapped around the cylindrical body (11) between the flanges (12); and a ring-shaped plate member (4) that has slits (4a and 4b) and is disposed between the flanges (12) and the superconducting coil (3). Ring-shaped protrusions (12a) extend from the outer edges of the flanges (12) towards the superconducting coil (3), and said protrusions (12a) prevent the plate member (4) from moving radially outwards.
