Abstract:
Two superconductive conductors are produced by shrinking a bundle of superconductive wires exposed from a conduit in the diameter direction thereof and shaping the same into a polygonal shape. After the shrunk bundle of the superconductive wires is coated with a conductive member, the coated portion is cut to expose the cross section thereof, and the bundle of the superconductive wires is inserted to and engaged with the hollow portion of a hollow pipe. Thus, the two superconductive conductors are connected by heating through the cross section of the shrunk bundle of the superconductive wires.
