Abstract:
In order to reduce loss in a superconductive passive element, a superconductive passive element 100 of an embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following which are deposited: a first conductor unit 1 including a superconductor; and a second conductor unit 2 including a superconductor. The first conductor unit is disposed separated from the second conductor unit so that an outermost surface 11 of the first conductor unit opposes the second conductor unit, said surface being the outermost surface when the superconductor is deposited Preferably, the superconductor of the second conductor unit is deposited as in a superconductive passive element 100A, and the first conductor unit and the second conductor unit are disposed separated from each other, so that the outermost surfaces 11, 21, when depositing the superconductor, of said conductor units oppose each other. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a manufacturing method for the superconductive passive element described above is also provided.
