Abstract:
Disclosed are a supercooling device capable of improving a supercooling degree and an air-conditioning unit. The supercooling device comprises a box body with a refrigerant flow channel and further comprises a plurality of baffles arranged on the refrigerant flow channel at intervals, wherein each of the baffles is provided with a plurality of mounting holes used for mounting heat exchange pipes and flash evaporation holes gradually expanding in a flow direction of a refrigerant. According to the present application, a plurality of stages of baffles are arranged, when a fluid passes through the flash evaporation holes with sharply increased cross sectional areas multiple times, the pressure of the fluid is sharply reduced, such that the refrigerant is evaporated into gas, a supercooling effect is achieved, and the pressure drop of the fluid is gradually reduced, such that the supercooling degree of a heat exchanger is improved, and poor vibration caused by excessive changes of fluid pressure can be weakened.
