Provided is a supercooling freezer which can supercool food such as fish, meat and the like and more uniformly and stably maintain a temperature inside a storage compartment in which food is supercooled, comprising: a main body comprising a storage compartment for accommodating stored goods including fish or meat to store the same in a supercooled state; a door for opening or closing an open front surface of the main body; a plurality of shelves arranged in multistage at intervals in the storage compartment to place stored goods; a cooling portion for cooling the air inside the storage compartment; a cool air supply portion for circulating the air cooled by the cooling portion inside the storage compartment; and a cool air control portion for controlling the temperature of the cool air supplied from the cool air supply portion to the supercooling temperature range of the stored goods.
