Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a superheated steam generating device with excellent energy efficiency. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This superheated steam generating device (100) for generating superheated steam comprises a heat exchanger (10) having a liquid route (11) and a steam route (12) independent of each other and exchanging heat between a liquid flowing in the liquid route (11) and a steam for heating flowing in the steam route (12) and a heating device (20) connected to one end of a first clean steam route (13) from which the steam of the liquid for which a heat exchange is performed in the heat exchanger (10) flows out. The heating device (20) comprises a casing (21) in which an oil (25) is filled, a second clean steam route (22) connected to one end of the first clean steam route (13) and piped to the inside of the casing (21), and a temperature raising heater (23) disposed in the casing (21). A temperature raising heater device (40) is connected to a pipe (45) connected to the outlet of the second clean steam route (22).
