Abstract:
Provided are a superhydrophobic water-repellent liquid, preparation method, and application thereof in a waterproof sound-permeable mesh. The superhydrophobic water-repellent liquid comprises the following raw material components, in parts by mass: 10–40 parts of fluorosilane, 1–10 parts of adhesive, and 90–110 parts of low-surface-energy organic solvent; the adhesive is a compound having both a cyano group and an ester group, and the adhesive undergoes a self-polymerization reaction and reacts with fluorosilane to form a macromolecular network structure polymer. The described superhydrophobic water-repellent liquid utilizes the effective combination of fluorosilane, an adhesive having both cyano and ester groups, and a low-surface-energy organic solvent, and a water-repellent layer is firmly adhered to the surface of the sound-permeable mesh and other substrates, reducing the surface tension of the sound-permeable mesh and other substrates, and facilitating the improvement of the water-repellent performance of the water-repellent liquid.
