Abstract:
A superimposition position correction device (1) comprises: an image acquisition unit (12); a differential image generation unit (16); a scheduled processing image generation unit (17); a divided region generation unit (19); a similar shape search unit (20); a representative point extraction unit (21); a projection matrix calculation unit (22); and a superimposed display unit (14). The image acquisition unit (12) acquires a first image frame which includes an image of a workpiece, and a second image frame which includes an image of a processed workpiece. The differential image generation unit (16) generates a differential image which includes an already processed region. The scheduled processing image generation unit (17) generates a scheduled processing image on the basis of a scheduled processing trajectory (31). The divided region generation unit (19) generates at least one divided region that includes the scheduled processing region. The similar shape search unit (20) acquires, as an identified region, a region which is similar to the divided region. The representative point extraction unit (21) extracts center-of-gravity coordinates in a mechanical coordinate system of the scheduled processing region, and center-of-gravity coordinates in an image coordinate system of the already processed region. The projection matrix calculation unit (22) calculates a projection matrix for performing projection conversion between the mechanical coordinate system and the image coordinate system. The superimposed display unit (14) uses the projection matrix to convert the scheduled processing trajectory (31) in the mechanical coordinate system to a new scheduled processing trajectory in the image coordinate system.
