Title:
SUPPLIED HEAT QUANTITY ESTIMATION METHOD, SUPPLIED HEAT QUANTITY ESTIMATION DEVICE, AND OPERATION METHOD FOR BLAST FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/168396
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A supplied heat quantity estimation method according to the present invention uses a heat quantity to be supplied into a blast furnace and a manufacturing speed for molten iron in the blast furnace to estimate the heat quantity to be supplied to pig iron in the blast furnace. Said method includes an estimation step for estimating a change in sensible heat removed due to gas which passes through the inside of the furnace and a change in sensible heat added which is supplied by a raw material preheated by means of the gas which passes through the inside of the furnace, and estimating the heat quantity to be supplied to the pig iron in the blast furnace, taking into account the estimated changes in the sensible heat removed and the sensible heat added.
