Provided is a supply chain information risk control method, device and system, the system comprises: a first reservation warehousing module (101), used for establishing a binding relationship between the purchase order and the reserved warehousing order after generating the reservation warehousing order; the purchase order is associated with the purchase financing information; a second reservation warehousing module (102), used for receiving a second reservation warehousing request, and generating a reservation warehousing order; a warehouse information management module (103), used for receiving the target reservation warehousing order; a risk control module (104), used for the target reservation warehousing order, if there is no purchase order with binding relationship, determining whether there is a target purchase order comprising the target logistics object, associated financing information that has not been settled, and not yet fully completed in the purchase order associated with the first user, if present, risk control is performed on the target logistics object. The method, the device and the system are beneficial to reduce the risk of repeated credit.
