Abstract:

Provided is a powder supply device for a secondary cell that does not affect the state of the powder and is capable of regularly supplying a fixed amount of powder with good precision, and a manufacturing device for an electrode provided with the powder supply device, capable of effectively manufacturing an electrode. The present invention is provided with a rotor (7) for conducting powder (10) to an exhaust opening (6c) and a mesh body (8) for covering the bottom end of the exhaust opening (6c), grooves (7b/7b…) being formed in the outer peripheral surface (7a) of the rotor (7) parallel to the shaft-center direction of the rotor (7) and at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, the shaft center of the rotor (7) being parallel to the width direction of the exhaust opening (6c) in planar view and also being rotatably supported by the storage section (6a) so as to be horizontal, an interval which is the transit path for the powder (10) being formed between the outer peripheral surface (7a) and the inner surface of the storage section (6a), which are separated so as to be separated by distance (d1), the mesh body (8) being positioned so as to be at distance (d2) from the outer peripheral surface (7a) of the rotor (7).
