Abstract:
The present invention is configured such that: a protruding part 35 is formed on a tip surface 30 of a supply rod 13 that is brought in close contact with a surface 4 of a flange 2; an arc-shaped receiving surface 36 that conforms to a flange external circumferential part 12 is formed at a boundary location between the tip surface 30 and the protruding part 35; one side of the arc-shaped receiving surface 36 is continued to the tip surface 30, and the other side of the arc-shaped receiving surface 36 is continued to an inclined guide surface 37 having a tapered surface shape; and the close contact of the surface 4 with the tip surface 30 is achieved by a retractable magnet 33 arranged inside the supply rod 13.
