Description:

Title: "SUPPOTRT FOR CAPS AND SIMILARS" DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION As it is of popular knowledge, the cap is a species of hat circular format with a visor in one of the sides, located on the eyes. It's a part used in the practical of some porting modalities, whose main purpose is to hinder that the luminosity happens directly in the eyes of the users. Also very used for the composition of the accidental suit, as much in men and women adornment. The caps also can be used with the visor directed of the one toward the posterior portion of the head. The visor is a part that provides the inferior and front part o the caps. This part functions basically as a bulkhead to protect the eyes of the clarity excess. As known notable for technician in the subject, in the current processes exists in the market infinity of models and marks of caps, with the most varied reasons, colors and formats. What is common in all the models of caps is the bending of the visor that assists to play its function with efficiency. This bending also confers to the cap pleasant an aspect, and its consumers sufficiently appreciate its form. In its daily one, for a good maintenance and conservation of the aesthetic and structural aspect of the cap, the users of this accessory must be proceed to some cares how much to its transport and keep when this will not be in use. The primordial concern is with the visor, that must be kept in the bending adjusted during the period where it will not be in use, so that the cap is not damaged and loses its aesthetic and functional quality. Thus, the user must keep the cap in a local insurance and a position that the form of the bending of the visor does not harm the same well taken care of the laundering, more specifically must be observed after in its conformation during the drying. By the fact of

synthetic or natural fabric the visor to be constituted, when wet it loses the original molding becoming deform, being that, if its conformation will not be molded adequately during its drying its original form or bending it will be damaged. DEFICIENT POINTS OF THE TECHNIQUE STATE The great inconvenience of these models inhabits, specifically in the fact of that the user finds many difficulties in keeping the same quality when the cap was acquired. This difficulty is still bigger when is about the maintenance of the bending of the cap. The deformation of the visor also harms the aesthetic form of the cap and your functionality. So that the useful life of the cap is longest possible, its necessary that the user takes some writs of prevention how much to its storage and has carried. One of them is to store the cap in a clean * environment, dry and to the shelter of the direct light of the sun. The ergonomics of the caps allows its users to store them in the way that to find convenient: hung in some support, on a plain surface, etc.. However, ail they present as an improvisation, being that none in these ways hinders the deformation of the visor bending. As any another item of clothes, the cap needs a periodic cleanness; therefore during the use it is in direct contact with the scalp. Tom proceed its cleanness, it's enough manually that the user washes the cap with water and soap, or in machine, and leaves to dry to the outdoors. The great inconvenience in its procedure is exactly the difficulty that the user finds to preserve the visor bending during the drying. When in contact with water, the visor is malleable, and susceptible the deformations. Therefore, the laundering that is

so necessary for the hygiene of the cap finishes to put to diminish its useful life, since it depreciates its aesthetic aspect. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Was thinking about these inconveniences that, after innumerable research and studies, the inventor, on person to the branch, the object of the present created and developed, idealizing a support for caps and similars where the mechanical and functional qualities had been only considered in the project of this manufacture, but also the form, the disposal and the localization of its parts and components that, correctly located. They had brought an increase of efficiency without causing responsibility some. Thus, the present invention was projected aiming at to get a utensil with lesser possible number of parts, conveniently configured and arranged to allow that support for caps plays its functions with efficiency and match able " versatility, without mentioned inconveniences already. Offers in the present patent, one practical and innovative model of support for caps with all the practical and functional qualities, projected and developed more modern techniques, making possible in this way its more varied use, since the use during the drying them caps until its use during the storage same them. Its innovative format allows that if it gets an excellent level of functionality, offering a model of support for caps, that possess great durability, having been servant, mainly, to preserve the visor bending of the caps. The configuration of the utensil, object of the present patent, in its new constructive form, understands a body provide with a projected curvilinear part to accommodate a cap keeping its conveniently visor bending, during its transport, storage or drying after laundering. The utensil possess, still an string wire that makes possible user to perfectly

For better agreement and understanding of as if constitutes the "SUPPORT FOR CAPS AND SIMILARS", that if it pleads here, present the illustrative drawings in annex, where if it sees: Figure 1 - a lateral sight of the support for caps shows; Figure 2 - a superior sight of the support for caps shows; Figure 3 - superior-lateral of the support for caps shows a perspective sight; Figure 4 - inferior-lateral of the support for caps shows to a perspective sight; Figure 5 - superior-lateral of a cap shows to a perspective sight whose visor is installed by on the support for caps. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Of conformity with how much they illustrate the related figures above, to the "SUPPORT FOR CAPS AND SIMILARS", object of the clear gift, is characterized essentially for being constituted of a produced single grain body (1) in rigid material, of average thickness. The superior portion (2) of the related body (1) possess wider half-elliptical format of the one than high contend a circular orifice (13) in its superior central potion. Its hopped format that will provide to the correct visor bending (11) of the cap (10) during the time where this to remain fixed to the cited support. The lateral extremities of the support are symmetrical and possess each one, two intercalated winding curvilinear projections with curvilinear lower (4) in each lateral, located in way exist to offer two alternatives of bending ray so that the user can choose that one more them will be satisfactory. The internal curvilinear projection (5) possess its superior portion slightly directed toward the internal side of the support (1),

being that the externa) curvilinear projection (6) possess a bending accented for the external side. The central inferior portion of the support for caps is understood by a great concaves arc (7), which joins it the laterals (3) for agreement of an arc with the inverted ray of bending (8). In one of the lateral extremities an elastomeric wire (12) has the function to fix the visor (11) of the cap (10) to the support, in way to hinder its movement. Thus, while the cap (10) will be safe to the support (1), it will not have the risk of deformation of the visor (11 ). It was treated, therefore, in the present descriptive report of a new conception in support for caps, presenting as we could evidence for the carried through analysis and the figures shown, innumerable differences on the existing conventional models in the consuming market, beyond characteristics completely different constructive and " functional techniques of these pertinent ones to the state of the technique. For the advantages that it offers, and still, for arming with truly innovative characteristics that fill all the newness requirements and originality in the sort, the present one "SUPPORT FOR CAPS AND SIMILARS" it congregates conditions necessary to deserve the patent.
