Disclosed is a support for foot injuries, which can effectively correct cases related to foot arch abnormalities that occur in the foot when walking, and which is not limited to only correcting hallux valgus caused by overpronation or oversupination but also corrects foot injuries such as plantar fasciitus caused by overpronation or oversupination. A support for overpronation is provided with a fitted support (2), which can be fitted on a foot, and a fastening belt (10). One end of the fastening belt is detachably fixed to a position in the fitted support (2) that corresponds to the first metatarsophalangeal joint (8), the middle section of the belt is wound around the heel and the other end is detachably fixed to a position in the fitted support (2) that corresponds to the Lisfranc joint (9) and/or Chopart's joint (15). With the heel section (7) as an anchor, external force is provided in opposing directions, between the first metatarsophalangeal joint (8) and the Lisfranc joint (9), or the first metatarsophalangeal joint (8) and Chopart's joint (15). The support for oversupination is fitted in the opposite way, providing external force in opposing directions.
