A support frame and a camera device. The support frame comprises a first tripod head connecting member (104) and a support leg assembly (10) connected to a connecting member of the first tripod head. The support leg assembly comprises a primary support leg (101) and a secondary support leg (201). A support leg adjustment structure (20) is provided between the primary support leg and the secondary support leg, and is used to unlock or lock the primary support leg and the secondary support leg such that the primary support leg and the secondary support leg can move relative to each other or remain relatively static. The secondary support leg comprises a first sub-leg (102) and a second sub-leg (103), and the first sub-leg and the second sub-leg can be unfolded or retract relative to each other. When the first sub-leg and the second sub-leg are unfolded, the primary support leg, the first sub-leg, and the second sub-leg are in a three-legged support state. The camera device comprises an image acquisition apparatus (200) and the support frame. The image acquisition apparatus is mounted on the support frame. The support frame has various operation states, that is, the support frame can be hand-held, and can also be supported hands-free by means of three legs.
