Abstract:
A support frame, and a chair (50) using the same. The support frame comprises a support board (10) and a fastening component (20). The fastening component (20) is disposed at a bottom portion of the support board (10), and is used to detachably dispose the support board (10) at armrest portions on a left and right side of the chair (50). A front end of the support board (10) is provided with transverse arrangement portions (10a). The support board (10) comprises a left support board (11) and a right support board (12) disposed at the left and right side of the chair (50), respectively. The transverse arrangement portions (10a) of the left support board (11) and the right support board (12) extend from the left and right sides of the chair (50) toward the middle, and are transversely disposed in front of a user, such that the user can naturally stretch their left and right arms in front of their body and place their arms above the transverse arrangement portions (10a) to perform an operation. The support board (10) is transversely arranged in front of and adjacent to the user, so as to enable the user to reach two split keyboards by naturally stretching their arms, such that a user does not need to bend forward when performing an operation, thereby providing lumbar support for the user, and eliminating fatigue due to prolonged use of the keyboards for work or entertainment.
