Abstract:
A support-free bottle liner and a production process thereof, comprising an inner glass bottle (1) and an outer glass bottle (2). The inner glass bottle (1) and the outer glass bottle (2) are connected to each other at an opening part to form a whole; a silver reflective layer is plated on the outer surface of the inner glass bottle (1) and the inner surface of the outer glass bottle (2); an interlayer space (3) in a vacuum state is formed between the inner glass bottle (1) and the outer glass bottle (2); no support is provided in the interlayer space (3) between the inner glass bottle (1) and the outer glass bottle (2); an isolating layer (4) is provided on the inside of the outer glass bottle (2), provided at the bottom end of the inner side of the outer glass bottle (2), and made of an elastic flexible material. Without using asbestos particles, heat loss caused by a support is eliminated, and the thermal insulation performance of the bottle liner is improved. Arrangement of the isolating layer (4) and an elastic gasket 6 can prevent the inner glass bottle (1) from falling into the outer glass bottle (2) to cause simultaneous damage of the inner glass bottle and the outer glass bottle; arrangement of a temperature detector (7) and a temperature displayer (8) can facilitate a user to view the temperature of the inner glass bottle (1), thereby facilitating the user to make adjustment accordingly.
