Abstract:
A support mechanism for chip testing. A chip is fixed on a circuit board; a testing base is provided on an upper side surface of the circuit board; the support mechanism comprises a support frame (200) supported on a bottom side surface of the circuit board, and a support block (300) configured to support the middle of the bottom side surface of the circuit board; the testing base is fixedly connected to the circuit board; the support block (300) is detachably connected to the support frame (200) by means of a first connection mechanism; the support block (300) is detachably connected to the middle of the bottom side surface of the circuit board by means of an abutting connection mechanism, and the support block (300) provides support for the middle of the bottom side surface of the circuit board by means of the abutting connection mechanism. The abutting connection mechanism and the circuit board are not subjected to screw locking, but are supported in an abutting mode, so that requirements on design tolerance and manufacturing precision are not high, mounting, detaching or production line debugging are convenient, and the time consumption is low.
