Abstract:
A support system is provided which can support predicting worsening of heart failure on the basis of the Nohria-Stevenson classification. This support system (10) supports predicting worsening of heart failure. The support system comprises: a data acquisition unit (211) which acquires time series data D1 of the blood congestion amount in at least part of the body of the patient P, and time series data D2 of the blood flow amount in the patient's limbs; an evaluation unit (214) which uses the time series data of the blood congestion amount and the time series data of the blood flow amount to calculate, as a time series, comprehensive evaluation values V1, V2 corresponding to the degree of blood congestion amount and the degree of the blood flow amount in the limbs; and a prediction unit (215) which uses the comprehensive evaluation values in the time series to predict changes in the comprehensive evaluation values.
