Abstract:
Disclosed are a supported PtZn intermetallic alloy catalyst, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The catalyst has SiO2 as a carrier, Zn as an auxiliary agent, and a small amount of Pt loaded as an active component, wherein the mass percentage content of Pt is 0.025-1%, and the mass percentage content of Zn is 0.025-1.7%. During the preparation thereof, a co-impregnation method is used to impregnate a SiO2 carrier with an aqueous solution of chloroplatinic acid and zinc nitrate, and after drying and high-temperature reduction, a PtZn/SiO2 catalyst is obtained. The catalyst has a high activity, a high stability, a low price and a low toxicity. The catalyst of the present invention is suitable for the dehydrogenation of a lower alkane in order to prepare an olefin, especially for the dehydrogenation of propane in a hydrogen atmosphere in order to prepare propylene. Under high temperature conditions, the dehydrogenation activity is very high, the propylene selectivity can reach 90% or more, and the stability is good; in addition, the amount of Pt is small and the utilization rate thereof is high. Same is cheaper than industrial Pt-based catalysts.
