Abstract:
According to the configuration and reaction of the present invention, the present invention prevents the abrasion of blade of rubber material since stable support without movement is provided when the automobile’s wiper is stopped. Meanwhile, the present invention enables practical effect - refreshing and safe navigation - since quiet and clean cleansing function is maintained at the time of operation.

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. When it pertains to the support device of automobile wiper that enables support for the blade assembly object, comprised of upper and lower frame and blade of rubber material which enables cleansing of automobile's windshield glass, at the time of stoppage.
2. The above mentioned is installed with the body that is subject to bisection onto the central part of the above mentioned blade assembly object. Moreover, magnet is included in the front part. At the lower part, the following characteristics are inherent ; plug that accommodates slider so that roundtrip movement is enabled, installation at the black part of the lower part of the windshield glass and upper part of cowl that enables attachment and detachment with the front part of the above mentioned plug, inclusion of magnet at the inner side, and the holder that accommodates elastic pin to highly pressure the lower part of the above mentioned plug in an elastic manner.
3. When it pertains to Claim 1, structure of support of automobile wiper that is characterized by the additional inclusion of fixation board that contains the incised groove that passes through the above mentioned plug in addition to being attached to the fixation board at the center of the above mentioned lower frame after interposition.
4. When it pertains to Claim 1, structure of support of automobile wiper that is characterized by additional inclusion of wing that is lined up towards the same direction as the blade assembly object when it pertains to the one side of the body of the above mentioned plug.
5. When it pertains to Claim 1, structure of support of automobile wiper that is characterized by surface part of the magnet entity that blocks towards lower part when it pertains to the above mentioned slider, marking part that enables entry via the opening situated at the rear of the plug, and projected piece that supports the spring.
6. When it pertains to Claim 4, structure of support of automobile wiper that is characterized by the formation of specific groove at the upper surface of the above mentioned slider and the installation of magnet piece at the above mentioned groove.
Description:
SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE WIPER BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention: The present invention pertains to the prevention of abrasion of the blade made with rubber material by providing stable support while the wiper is stagnant.

Moreover, the present invention provides support device for the automobile wiper, enabling refreshing and safe navigation through the maintenance of clean and quiet cleansing function at the time of wiper operation.

Description of the Prior Art: In general, wiper that cleans automobile's windshield glass is configured in a way that the blade assembly object is installed at the end part of the arm that moves assembled together. Blade of rubber material that comprises the lower tier of the above mentioned blade assembly object plays critical function in cleaning contaminated substance.

The above mentioned blade assembly object is consumable, which requires periodical or need basis replacement. However, except for heavy rain, the wiper is almost stagnant. Therefore, navigation is continued at an inconvenient and unstable manner since problems emerge only after the activation.

The reason for the above mentioned is that the vibration, produced when automobile is in navigation while it is situated at the descending road distance due to the stagnation of the wiper, is transmitted, which results in the transformation of the blade of rubber material since it fails to maintain vertical position with a windshield glass and the blade of rubber material.

When the transmutation of the above mentioned blade of rubber material is not severe, the frame that provides support is twisted slightly as an emergency measure. However, when the transmutation of the above mentioned blade of rubber material takes place, then the endurance decreases greatly. Therefore, when the wiper is activated at the time of heavy rain, resulting noise is severe. Moreover, windshield glass is not cleansed well. Instead, line patterns are formed to block view.

Thus, the existing wiper is afflicted with the problem of adversely affecting safe navigation SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the abrasion of the blade made with rubber material by providing stable support while the wiper is stagnant.

Moreover, the present invention provides support device for the automobile wiper, enabling refreshing and safe navigation through the maintenance of clean and quiet cleansing function at the time of wiper operation.

When it pertains to the support device of automobile wiper that is made in a way that it can provide necessary support to the blade assembly object, comprised of upper frame, lower frame and blade of rubber material to cleanse automobile's windshield glass, during the stagnation period in accordance to the above mentioned invention, the above mentioned is installed with the body that is subject to bisection onto the central part of the above mentioned blade assembly object. Moreover, magnet is included in the front part. At the lower part, the following characteristics are inherent ; plug that accommodates slider so that round-trip movement is enabled, installation at the black part of the lower part of the windshield glass and upper part of cowl that enables attachment and detachment with the front part of the above mentioned plug, inclusion of magnet at the inner side, and the holder that accommodates elastic pin to highly pressure the lower part of the above mentioned plug in an elastic manner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail by way of a preferred embodiment with reference to accompanying drawings.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above mentioned problems.

While wiper is stagnant, support is provided safely without moving freely while keeping distance with the windshield glass. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention lies in the provision of support device for the automobile wiper that enables refreshing and safe navigation by maintaining clean and quiet clean a cleansing function

at the time when the wiper is under operation. Moreover, the present invention prevents the abrasion of blade of rubber material.

To attain the above mentioned purpose, the present invention, when it pertains to the support device of automobile wiper that is made in a way that it can provide necessary support to the blade assembly object, is comprised of upper frame, lower frame and blade of rubber material to cleanse automobile's windshield glass, during the stagnation period in accordance to the above mentioned invention, the above mentioned is installed with the body that is subject to bisection onto the central part of the above mentioned blade assembly object. Moreover, magnet is included in the front part. At the lower part, the following characteristics are inherent ; plug that accommodates slider so that round-trip movement is enabled, installation at the black part of the lower part of the windshield glass and upper part of cowl that enables attachment and detachment with the front part of the above mentioned plug, inclusion of magnet at the inner side, and the holder that accommodates elastic pin to highly pressure the lower part of the above mentioned plug in an elastic manner.

Moreover, fixation board is interposed at the center of the above mentioned lower frame for installation. At the same time, the present invention is characterized by the additional inclusion of fixation board that is comprised of incision groove that passes through the slider of the above mentioned plug.

The present invention is characterized by the additional inclusion of wing that is lined up towards the same direction as the blade assembly object when it pertains to the one side of the body of the above mentioned plug.

The above mentioned slider is characterized by the following ; surface part of the magnet entity that blocks towards lower part, marking part that enables entry via the opening situated at the rear of the plug, and projected piece that supports the spring.

Moreover, specific groove is formed at the upper surface of the above mentioned slider, and the magnet part is installed at the above mentioned groove.

Ideal actual examples pertaining to the present invention shall be explained in more detail by referring to the hereto attached figures.

Figure 1 is the perspective drawing that shows the status of installed support device of the automobile wiper in accordance to the present invention.

As shown on Figure 1, the present invention is related to the device that supports blade assembly object (10) during the stoppage of the wiper on the windshield glass (W). The above mentioned blade assembly object (10) is comprised of upper frame (11), lower frame (12), and blade of rubber material (13) to clean automobile's windshield glass (W). The above mentioned blade assembly object (10) is the wiper.

Moreover, the above mentioned lower frame (12) compresses with and accommodates blade of rubber material (13) towards the lower side. At the same time, the above mentioned is connected and installed onto the upper frame (11) in an elastic manner.

Therefore, the above mentioned provides support in a flexible manner to enable cleansing at a state whereby the above mentioned is attached closely to the curved surface of the windshield glass (W).

According to the present invention, the configuration is based on the support that is provided without influencing the operation of the above mentioned blade assembly object (l0) and by ensuing that there is no shaking at the time when the above mentioned blade assembly object (10) is stopped. Towards this end, composition is based on the plug (20), attached at the center of the above mentioned upper frame (l 1) and holder (30), that is attached onto the upper part of the cowl and the lower tier of the above mentioned windshield glass (W). Moreover, it is possible to accommodate even the fixation part (45) that is attached at the center part of the above mentioned lower frame (12).

Figure 2 is the lower part perspective drawing that shows the state in which the plug, which is the principal element of the support device and the holder are divided in accordance to the present invention support device.

Figure 3 is the frontal view of the plug, which is the principal element of the support device, in accordance to the present invention.

As shown on Figure 2 and Figure 3, according to the present invention, body (21) (22) is attached onto the central part of the above mentioned blade assembly object (10) at a time when the plug (20) bisects. Accordingly, when the opening (24) figure, formed on body (21) (22), is to undergo bisection, central part of the upper frame (11) and the end part of the wire arm are accommodated closely at the same time.

The above mentioned upper body (21) assumes a form that projects outward after extending towards the front. The above mentioned lower body (22) assumes a form that is slightly curved so that it goes downward at the rear. At the rear surface of each body (21) (22), another opening (26) is formed after going through. Use of composite resin is recommended for the above mentioned body (21) (22) to enable injection so that the weight of the blade assembly object (10) will not increase significantly.

The above mentioned plug (20) contains magnet (28) at the front part, and accommodates slider (25) of the lower part to enable round-trip movement. The above mentioned magnet (28) is inserted and injected so that the front part of the upper body (21) would subside. Moreover, the above mentioned slider (25) enables safe arrival from the lower part of the upper body (21) to enable round-trip movement at the center. At the same time, opening (26), that goes through towards the rear of the body (21) (22), is accommodated.

One side of the body (21) (22) of the above mentioned plug (20) contains wing (23) additionally at a direction that is comparable to that of the blade assembly object (10).

The above mentioned wing (23) extends at a size and form that is comparable to that

of the upper body (21) 's both surfaces, and is installed near and in parallel with the blade assembly object (10). It is recommended that the above mentioned wing (23) shall be molded into the curved structure onto the both side surfaces of the upper body (21).

Due to the above mentioned wing (23), it is possible to maintain the pressure of contact between the blade assembly object (10) and windshield glass (W) at a consistent level at the time of operating the cleansing function of the above mentioned wiper. In other words, even when the weight of the above mentioned plug (20) is reduced to the maximum level, it is recommended to maintain consistency in pressure by adding on upward force by leveraging wing (23) since pressure of contact increases towards the central part of the blade assembly object (10).

Moreover, according to the present invention, holder (3) is attached onto the windshield glass (W) and upper part of the cowl so that the attachment and detachment from the front part of the above mentioned plug (20) is enabled. Like in the case of the above mentioned holder (30) Figure plug (20), use of composite resin is recommended for the injection molding into a structure that can be bisected in upper and lower parts.

Guide (31), curved into shape is formed at the upper part of the above mentioned holder (30) to enable attachment and detachment of the plug (20)'s front part. Lax curved surface shall be formed towards the lower part of the above mentioned guide

(31). At the center of the curved surface, groove of specific depth shall be formed towards the upper and lower side. At the upper side of this groove, situated at on the curved surface, shall be formed with creation of projection to avoid coming loose (32) of small hexagonal surface. Lower part shall be extended into the form of board so that the area mass that comes into contact with the windshield glass (W) is increased.

If and when necessary, penetration hole shall be formed.

The above mentioned holder (30) contains magnet (38) at its interior, and accommodates elastic pin (34) needed for pressuring the lower part of the above mentioned plug (20) in an elastic manner. Magnet (38) of the above mentioned holder (30) shall be selected to be comparable to the magnet (38) of the plug (20) in terms of size and gauss. Insertion and injection shall take place towards the upper side of the creation of projection to avoid coming loose (32).

The unexposed part of the above mentioned elastic pin (34) shall be expanded, and spring (39) shall be interposed to enable elastic support. To ensure attachment of elastic pin (34) and spring (39), holder (30) shall be formed into a structure whereby bisection is enabled. The upper part of the above mentioned elastic pin (34) shall assume semi-round shape that is in line with this (E) groove (21a), formed at the lower part of the upper body (21).

As shown on Figure 3, the opening, formed at the upper part of the plug (20) accommodates the part where upper frame (11) of blade assembly object (10) and

wiper arm are settled. Magnet (28) is attached onto the center of the front part, and slider (25) is exposed at the center of the lower part. Wing (23) is extended horizontally at the both sides of the upper body (21).

Figure 4 is the perspective drawing that shows the fixation part, a principal element of the support device, in accordance to the present invention. Figure 5 is the perspective drawing that shows the example of modifying the fixation part, a principal element of the support device, in accordance to the present invention.

As shown on Figure 4 and Figure 5, the above mentioned fixation part (45) contains incision groove (45a) that passes through the slider (25) of the above mentioned plug (20). In general, the lower frame (12) of blade assembly object (10) is made of rubber material. Fixation board (42) of metallic material is interposed in a form that encompasses the lower frame (12) of the above mentioned upper part's center, and the fixation part (45) of the above mentioned metallic material is installed.

The above mentioned fixation part (45) assumes long rectangular shape, which is characterized by long length towards the upper and lower side and assumes rounding form that is rounded into curved surface at the lower tier. Long incision groove (45a) is formed at the center of the above mentioned fixation part (45) towards the upper and lower side, which is characterized by the size of width that accommodates slider (25).

Moreover, support part (46) of both sides of the above mentioned fixation part (45) or support part (46') of the front part shall be incised to join with the fixation board (42).

In the case of Figure 4 which follows the example of the above mentioned fixation part (45), support part (46) is formed at the both sides of the fixation part (45). Support part (46) and fixation board (42) are formed into one, and the fixation part (45) is joined with support part (46) with pin. When the modified example of Figure 4 is seen, support part (46') is formed at the front part of the fixation part (45'). Support part (46') and fixation board (42') are formed onto one, and fixation part (45') is fixated on support part (46') with pin. The above mentioned is different in the method of fixating fixation part (45) (45') onto fixation board (42) (42'). The form and function of incision groove (45a) are the same for the accommodation of slider (25).

Figure 6 shows the slider, a principal element of the support device, in accordance to the present invention.

As shown on Figure 6, the present invention's slider (25) contains projected piece (25c) that supports the curved surface part (25a) that blocks towards the lower part, marking part (25b) that enables entry into the opening (26) of the plug (20) situated at the rear layer. Accordingly, at the time of forward and backward movement of the slider (25), iron piece (12a), formed at the upper part of lower frame (12), and is attached closely to the curved surface part (25a) that is comprised of magnet entity. Marking part (25b) is molded in with the slider (25) as one, but its thickness is made thin so that it may be

accommodated to the opening (26) of the above mentioned body (21) (22). Projected piece (25c) of appropriate length is formed at the upper side of the above mentioned slider (25) towards the front, and spring (29) shall be installed. Accordingly, slider (25) shall be supported by the upper body (21) at the front, and round-trip movement based on backward and forward movement is enabled due to elasticity at the state when support is provided at the opening (26) at rear.

Figure 7 shows the actual example pertaining to the slider, a principal element of the support device, in accordance to the present invention.

As shown on Figure 7, after forming specific groove at the upper surface of the above mentioned slider (25), separate magnet (25a') shall be installed at the above mentioned groove, and fixation based on the use of bolt (25d) or adhesive is enabled. Accordingly, iron piece (12a) that is formed at the upper part of the lower frame (12) can be attached closely to the lower part of the slider (25) at the time of backward and forward movement due to the above mentioned magnet piece (25a')'s power.

Among the configurations of the above mentioned slider (25), the configuration of projected piece (25c) that is needed for supporting marking part (25b) and spring (29) may change in parts, however it is recommended that the configurations of curved surface part (25a) and magnet piece (25a'), comprised of magnet entity, do not change since the configuration of magnet entity is critical for pulling the iron piece (12a) that is characterized by specific distance with the slider (25).

Figure 8a and Figure 8b are the figures that show the status of support device's operation in accordance to the present invention.

Figure 8a shows the status of the above mentioned wiper's operation. The upper frame (11) of the blade assembly object (10) is installed at the opening (24) that is comprised by upper body (21) and lower body (22), and the lower frame (12) maintains a state whereby the above mentioned is closely attached to the lower part of the lower body (22). Although power results when the plug (20) approaches holder (30) at the descending road distance of the blade assembly object (l0) since the magnet (28) (38) on the both side wants to pull on each other, the above mentioned phenomenon does not influence the operation of the wiper. If and when the operation of the wiper is stopped by the maneuvering of combination switch by the driver, plug (20) propels towards the holder (3) while the blade assembly object (10) descends considerably.

If and when put in more detail, at the time when the wiper is at the"ON"mode, it does not affect the wiper operation since the distance is sufficient for the magnet to pull even when the plug (20) approaches the holder (30) at descending road distance.

However, when the wiper is at"OFF", then a more rapid propulsion results after the descent, more so than the distance of wiper's"ON"road distance.

As shown on Figure 8b, when the operation of the above mentioned wiper is stopped, then the front part of the plug (20) is accommodated to the guide (31), along the

curved surface of the holder (30). At this moment, at the same time when the elastic pin (34) fits to this groove (21a) of the lower part of the above mentioned plug (20), they come into contact based on strong power that mutually pull each other at the magnet (28) (38) of both sides. Curved surface part of the holder (30) guides the plug (20) to be accommodated effectively into the guide (31). At this time, slider (25) is forced to retrocede due to the creation of projection to avoid coming loose (32), and the iron piece (12a) of the lower frame (12) is attached to the curved surface part (25a) due to the power of the curved surface part (25a) that is comprised of magnet entity. As for the opening (26), marking part (25b) is exposed. Likewise, slider (25) pulls on the iron piece (12a) of the lower frame (12), which offers support to the blade of rubber material (13) while it is distanced away from the glass in the shape of round that is like the curved line of the windshield glass (W). As the marking part (25b) is exposed to the rear of the body (21) (22), driver can check accurate state of operation even while inside the automobile.

Likewise, blade assembly object (10) is supported on multiple levels through guide (31), elastic pin (34), magnet (28) (38), and slider (25). Therefore, blade of rubber material (13), the status of windshield glass (W) and vertical state no matter how great is the shock of the vibration that results from automobile. Since there is no movement of blade of rubber material (13), either alien substance is interposed or there is no

change, either in parts or in its entirety. Therefore, cleansing function is executed at a favorable state at all times.

Later, when the wiper is operated according to the need, plug (20) and holder (30) are separated due to the powerful starting torque of the wiper motor. Blade assembly object (10) performs the cleansing function at the state shown on Figure 5. Normally, starting torque of wiper motor sufficiently surpasses the power of mutual pulling of the magnet (28) (38) and the elasticity of the elastic pin (34). Therefore, there are no errors at the time of operating wiper. Moreover, recovery of elasticity is performed at the direction of spring (29), attached on slider (25) and separating the plug (20).

If and when the marking part (25b) is not exposed after the stoppage of wiper operation, it is easy to check whether alien substance is interposed on the holder (30) or whether the above mentioned is damaged.
