Abstract:
A supporting plate structure for magnetoscale comprises multiple supporting plates (1) and at least two sections of scale shells (2) with magnetic strips (3) inside. The two ends of each section of scale shell (2) are fixed on two supporting plates (1) respectively. Each supporting plate (1) is fixed on one side of a guiding rail pair of a machine tool, and a magnetoscale reading head (5) which moves relatively to the magnetic strips (3) is set on the other side of the guiding rail pair. The supporting plate structure for magnetoscale ensures the straightness of the scale shells and the magnetic strips, and improves the parallelism between the magnetic strips and the magnetoscale reading head, and consequently improves the measurement precision of the magnetoscale.
