Title:
SUPPORTLESS ANTI-WIND CRAWLER WHEEL WITH STEERING PROTECTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/145418
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A supportless anti-wind crawler wheel with steering protection, comprising a driving wheel (1), a supporting mechanism (3), a crawler belt (9), a rotating shaft (12), a power system (13), and a transmission shaft (14), wherein the crawler belt (9) is connected by means of a plurality of chain sheets, an elastic tab (48) is provided between two chain sheets in the crawler belt (9), and the two elastic tabs (48) contact to generate elasticity, so that an included angle between the two chain sheets is an obtuse angle; due to the chain sheets connected in the obtuse angle, the crawler belt has bearing force. The crawler belt (9) is wound around the driving wheel (1), a vehicle body can be directly mounted on the upper side of the crawler belt by means of the supporting mechanism (3), there is no support between the lower side and the upper side of the crawler belt; that is, except that two sides of the lower crawler belt in contact with the ground are connected with the driving wheel, the crawler belt is not connected with any rotating component. The crawler belt can bear the pressure of the vehicle body, the design of multiple supporting wheels in a crawler belt is omitted, and the phenomenon that the crawler wheel loses efficacy due to the fact that weed or entanglements are wound around the supporting wheels generally can be avoided; the passibility of the crawler wheel is improved.
