Abstract:
The present invention relates to a suprahyoid muscle exercise system. The suprahyoid muscle exercise system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises an exercise assistance apparatus worn on the head of a user, wherein the exercise assistance apparatus comprises: an exercise assistance part which is worn so as to cover the mandibular bone part of the user, is provided so that at least one area thereof makes contact with the area where the suprahyoid muscles are positioned between the chin and the neck, and assists an eccentric contraction exercise of the suprahyoid muscles; and a sensor which is positioned at the exercise assistance part, and is capable of detecting the exercise level of the suprahyoid muscles.
