Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a supramolecular hot-melt adhesive. Further provided in the present application is a preparation method for a supramolecular hot-melt adhesive, which method comprises the following steps: A) dissolving a diol oligomer or a diamine oligomer in a solvent, and reacting same with a diisocyanate under the action of a catalyst to obtain an initial reactant; b) mixing 2-amino-4-hydroxy-6-methylpyrimidine, the initial reactant and a solvent for a reaction; and C) reacting a polyfunctional cross-linking agent with the reactant obtained in step B) to obtain the supramolecular hot-melt adhesive. In the preparation method of the present invention, a supramolecular material with good strength, toughness and self-repairing performance is constructed by using the synergistic effect of multiplex hydrogen bonding between carbamate or ureido groups and pyrimidine groups; the supramolecular material and a bonded interface form strong bonding by means of the multiplex hydrogen bonding; and the performance of the material can be effectively controlled by changing the chemical composition of a supramolecular arm, the content of a single-end-capping agent and the functionality of a cross-linking agent.
