Abstract:
A surface acoustic wave device in the form of a piezoelectric body formed with a comb tooth electrode and a terminal electrode is opposed face-to-face to a base board formed with an element connection terminal and an external connection terminal, wherein the terminal electrode and element connection terminal are interconnected and the base board and the surface acoustic wave device are joined with their peripheral edges sealed with a sealing member.
