A main SAW filter (F1) is formed on a piezoelectric substrate (11) of single-crystal lithium tetraborate. A sub SAW filter (F2) is formed in parallel with the main SAW filter (F1) to cancel undesired high-frequency components resulting from bulk waves included in the output from the main SAW filter (F1).
