Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a surface acoustic wave filter, belonging to the field of surface acoustic wave filter. The surface acoustic wave filter comprises two pieces of different piezoelectric substrates; a series resonator set is made on one piezoelectric substrate, and a parallel resonator set is made on the other piezoelectric substrate; the series resonator set and the parallel resonator set on the piezoelectric substrates constitute a trapezoidal frame; the series resonator set is connected to the parallel resonator set; and the series resonator set consists of several resonators in series and electrodes, and the parallel resonator set consists of several parallel resonators and electrodes. The problem that the existing surface acoustic wave filter cannot satisfy different relative bandwidths and better rectangle coefficients at the same time is solved; and the effect of increasing the relative bandwidth of the surface acoustic wave filter, reducing the insertion loss and optimizing the rectangle coefficient is achieved.
