Abstract:
Embodiments relate to a surface-emitting laser device and a light emitting device comprising same. A surface-emitting laser device according to one embodiment may comprise: a first reflective layer; an active region disposed on the first reflective layer; a plurality of aperture regions disposed on the active region and including apertures and insulating regions; a second reflective layer disposed on the aperture regions; and a first electrode and a second electrode that are electrically connected to the first reflective layer and the second reflective layer, respectively. The perimeter of the insulating region in the aperture region may be circular, and the perimeter of the aperture may be polygonal.
